Brie & cranberry stuffed pigs in blankets

The method:

• Slice 8 sausages lengthways
• Push them down in the incision you’ve made with your fingers to make a pocket
• Spread 1 tsp of cranberry sauce along each of the pockets
• Slice up your Brie into strips and place a strip into the sausage
• Wrap each sausage with 1-2 rashers of streaky bacon tightly
• Air fry at 180c for 10-12 mins
