The comedy series centers around Gavin and Stacey, portrayed by Mathew Horne and Joanna Page respectively, navigating a long-distance relationship between Billericay in Essex and Barry in Wales.

This special episode had an impressive 11.6 million viewers, setting a new record for the show and marking a significant festive ratings triumph.
Despite earlier denials from Jones, who dismissed rumors of a return in a February interview on RTÉ Radio 1, the series is now set to make its final appearance.
The cast also features Alison Steadman and Larry Lamb as Gavin’s parents, Pam and Mick, alongside Melanie Walters and Rob Brydon as Stacey’s mother, Gwen, and her quirky uncle, Bryn.
Throughout its run, the show transitioned from BBC Three to BBC One and received recognition with awards such as Baftas and British Comedy Awards.
