If you love easy festive recipes that make people laugh, this one is about to become your new favourite. Reindeer Poop Truffles are the latest Christmas treat sweeping social media — partly because they taste like rich Oreo truffles, and partly because the name makes everyone giggle.

They’re ridiculously simple, no-bake, kid-friendly, and only need three ingredients. Pop them into a festive treat bag labelled “Official Reindeer Poop” and you’ve got a hilarious stocking filler or Christmas Eve plate addition. They’re also ideal for school fairs, office treat tables, or anyone who just wants something silly and sweet this season.

Whether you’re making them for fun or for a little viral moment of your own, here’s the recipe in its simplest form.

🎄 Reindeer Poop Truffles – Full Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Oreos

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (200–225g)

  • Cocoa powder (or extra crushed Oreos)

Instructions

1️⃣ Crush the Oreos
Place the whole pack of Oreos into a food processor and blend until you have fine crumbs.
(No processor? Pop them into a zip bag and bash with a rolling pin.)

2️⃣ Mix in the cream cheese
Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and stir until it forms a smooth, thick dough.

3️⃣ Roll into “poop” lumps
Scoop out small pieces of the mixture and roll into uneven, truffle-sized lumps.
The unevenness actually makes them funnier!

4️⃣ Coat them
Roll each lump in cocoa powder or in more crushed Oreos for a darker, coal-like look.

5️⃣ Chill
Place the truffles onto a lined plate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until firm.

⭐ Extra Tips

  • Want them darker? Add 1 tsp black cocoa powder.

  • Make them giftable by adding a cute label like “Reindeer Poop – From the North Pole”.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
