Pinecone Christmas Trees Craft

  • Materials:
    • Pinecones: These serve as the base for your mini Christmas trees, with their natural layers resembling branches.
    • Green paint: Used to paint the pinecones, mimicking the look of a Christmas tree.
    • Glue: Helps attach the ornaments, such as pom-poms or beads, to the pinecones.
    • Mini pom-poms or beads: Act as miniature Christmas ornaments that are glued to the "branches" of the pinecone.
    • Star stickers: To place at the top of the pinecone tree, just like the star that tops a real Christmas tree.

Instructions:

  1. Paint the Pinecones: Start by painting the pinecones with green paint. Let them dry completely.
  2. Decorate with Ornaments: Once the paint has dried, use glue to attach mini pom-poms or beads to the pinecone's edges. These will resemble ornaments on the tree.
  3. Add the Star: To complete the look, stick a star sticker on the top of the pinecone, just like the tree topper on a real Christmas tree.
  4. Let it Dry: Ensure all elements are fully dry before handling or displaying the pinecone Christmas trees.
