Year 2022 has been the year of the air fryer. With air fryer sales going through the roof due to their cost-effectiveness. With time-saving and energy price rises, it's not surprising that many people are opting to cook their Christmas dinner in an air fryer this year.
The air fryer doesn't need to be pre-heated, it is also more compact than an oven, it is believed that cooking a meal as large as a Christmas dinner can save you a lot of money. The only issue you may have is - it's not big enough for a large turkey. Therefore maybe a turkey crown might fit better.

The suggested cooking times as found on the Tefal websites
Turkey - (1.25kg) - 42 mins
Roast Potatoes - 40 mins
Parsnips - 25 mins
Brussel Sprouts - 15 mins
Pigs in Blankets - 15 mins
This makes an entire Christmas dinner cooked in less than an hour!
And don't forget an air fryer can be used to reheat food too, so perfect for those Boxing Day leftovers.
